U13 Boys Nashua Premier Champions |
The U13 EMFC boys showed great soccer ability and personality in the Nashua Tournament. Coaches Ruben and Alvaro told the boys not to get too caught up in the emotional highs and lows a tournament can bring and to stick to the principles that allow us to play the soccer we are capable of.

Leadership Summit for Girls a Big Success |
One woman's vision, a club with a similar mission, and multiple
community partnerships, made for an amazing weekend of player and
personal development through the game of soccer. Eight, eight, oh
eight, kicked off more than just the Beijing Olympics, the inaugural
Leadership Soccer Summit for Girls, led by Christy Belisle and
supported by the Executive Board of Eastern Massachusetts Futebol Club,
boasted a visit from world class athlete, Kristine Lilly and one of her
two gold medals. 60 girls ages 9-15 from Dedham, Westwood, Canton,
Walpole, Sharon, Easton, Wellesley, Milton, Norwell, Natick, Brockton,
Readville, Wrentham, Weymouth, and Rutland descended on Dedham Country
Day's beautiful campus for three fun-filed intense days.

Alvaro Amaral Hired as Technical Director |

Canton, MA - Eastern Mass FC is pleased to announce the hiring of Alvaro Amaral to the position of Technical Director. Alvaro has played at the college and LASA junior and senior club level. He has been the Director of Coaching for Holden Youth Soccer for the past 4 years creating and implementing both player and coach educational and training programs. Alvaro has also been a member of the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) Instructional Staff teaching coaching licensure programs and providing specialty soccer clinics for numerous towns.
